  • The item must not be a final sale or excluded from returns (see list of non-returnable items below).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products, cosmetics)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@dhanvantary.com or use the contact form on our website to inform us of your intention to return the item. Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) Number and the return instructions.
  3. Package the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, if possible, to prevent damage during transit. Ensure the RA Number is included with the return.
  4. Ship the Item: Use the provided return shipping label or ship the item to the following address:

    • Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note:

  • Refunds may take 7 business days after return to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.
  • If you paid via credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card.
  • If the item is returned after the eligibility period or does not meet the return conditions, we may reject the return or issue a partial refund.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the item and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@dhanvantary.com or 03335229800. We will provide a return shipping label and ensure the issue is resolved by either issuing a full refund or sending a replacement at no extra cost to you.

7. International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds for international orders will be issued in the original form of payment, but international customs duties and taxes are not refundable. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

  • Free Return Shipping: If your return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Customer-Paid Return Shipping: In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees, unless otherwise specified in a promotion or offer.
