Conclusion

Minerals represent a significant gift derived from the principles of Ayurveda. Rasashastra, a specialized branch of Ayurveda, focuses on the creation of elixirs composed of these minerals. While it is essential to purify minerals to avoid potential adverse effects on the body, their pure forms possess remarkable capabilities to rectify various disorders, which is one of their most advantageous qualities. Mineral preparations can be administered in minimal doses; however, their calx form enables them to navigate even the most constricted pathways within the body, resulting in notable therapeutic effects.
