This dietary regimen, when adhered to rigorously, can yield significant benefits for individuals with ITP. It is advisable to consume the following food items as frequently as possible. This balanced diet provides sufficient nourishment for the optimal functioning of the human body. ITP is a blood disorder characterized by the destruction of platelets, which can be attributed to factors such as poor dietary choices, lifestyle habits, genetic predispositions, and immune system involvement.
