A child is nurtured within a mother for nine months, held in her arms for three years, and cherished in her heart for a lifetime.
The experience of nurturing a life within is one of the most anticipated periods in a woman's journey. It is essential to maintain a proper diet to provide adequate nutrition for both the developing child and the mother. Restricting food intake to prevent weight gain during pregnancy is one of the most misguided approaches one can take.
