This dietary regimen, when adhered to rigorously, can yield significant benefits for individuals battling cancer. It constitutes a well-rounded diet that sufficiently nourishes the body for optimal performance. The foods are organized into three distinct categories, referred to as Plates. Consuming the items from PLATE A will eliminate the necessity for the other plates. Furthermore, even if you do opt for them, your inclination to select foods from PLATE B will diminish by 75%. PLATE C comprises a selection of foods that are detrimental to those with cancer.
5 to 7 Almonds, 2 Walnuts & 2 Figs (Soaked Overnight or At Least for 8 Hours)
Radish Leaves, Mint Leaves, Coriander Leaves, Spinach Leaves, Rocket Leaves, Lettuce, Kale, Lemongrass, Wheatgrass, Spirulina
Potatoes, Cabbage, Bottle gourd, Pumpkin, Round Gourd, Bitter Melon, Peas, Beans, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Ash Gourd, Carrot
Apple, Java Plum, Pear, Papaya, Melon, Pomegranate
Carrot, Cucumber, Radish, Beetroot, Turnip
Water, Coconut Water, Pumpkin Juice, Pomegranate Juice, Fresh Apple Juice, Pumpkin Soup, Carrot Soup, Mix Veg Soup, Black Gram Soup
20 ml or 2 tsp., twice daily
NOTE: Spirulina Capsules, Moringa Capsules, Green Essentials – 1 each can be added for Better Results.
200 ml two to three times a day
Carrot, Beetroot, Amla, Apple, Pomegranate, and Black Grapes (can be added for taste)
