Acidity

Nutrition plays a crucial role in the management of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). The treatment strategy for most GERD-related issues typically includes a combination of pharmacological interventions and dietary modifications. For individuals with chronic gastric conditions such as acidity and GERD, frequent small meals are beneficial. Patients often experience greater comfort when consuming foods that are low in spices and bland in flavor. It is advisable to steer clear of particular foods or eating habits that may provoke acidity.

Dietary modifications are crucial, as nutrition accounts for approximately 70% of the management of any health condition, while medication contributes the remaining 30%. Additionally, making lifestyle adjustments is significantly beneficial, as it aids in the pacification of the tridosha.
