Branches of Ayurveda

Ayurveda, often described as "the science of life," is an ancient system of medicine that emphasizes balance within the body and with nature. The fundamental principle of Ayurveda is that health and wellness depend on the balance of the three doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha), which are energies that govern our physical and mental processes. It also emphasizes the importance of diet, lifestyle, herbal treatments, and spiritual well-being to maintain this balance.
