Guggul (Commiphora Mukul):

This herb is very useful in the treatment of many diseases. It can lower the LDL (bad cholesterol) levels and raise the HDL (good cholesterol) levels. Guggulsterons found in guggul can bring down the triglyceride levels.


It stimulates the functioning of heart. It calms the heart and helps against heart attack. It acts as a hypotensive agent and maintains the blood pressure at normal level.

Apple Cider Vinegar:

Apple cider vinegar can help in getting rid of the bad cholesterol that is lining up your arteries and clogging them. It can also help manage diabetes that further increases your risk of clogged arteries.

How To Used:
  1.   Add a tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar to a glass of warm water and mix well.
  2.   Consume this mixture immediately.

Cayenne Pepper

Cayenne pepper contains a compound called capsaicin. This compound can alleviate inflammation in your arteries and also help in reducing the bad cholesterol (LDL) lining your arteries.

How To Used:
  1.   Mix a teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder in a glass of slightly hot water.
