  4.  Prinzmetal's angina is a rare type of heart attack. It happens between midnight and early morning while you're sleeping or resting.This type of angina usually occurs in younger patients. It can cause a lot of pain, and you should get it treated.

CAUSES OF ANGINA PECTORIS
