Diet Care for Oligospermia

Oligospermia is a male fertility issue characterized by a low sperm count. As stated by WHO in the year 2009, if the sperm count is less than 15 million sperm per millilitre (mL), then the condition is called oligospermia. The common symptoms associated with Oligospermia are thin discharge and less discharge, sexual inability, pain and swelling in testicles area, less facial and body hairs. A balanced diet which is rich in Vitamin C, B12, Zinc, and Omega-3 fatty acid will help to promote the production of sperms.
