Diet Care for Hypothyroidism

Hypothyroidism occurs when your body doesn’t produce enough thyroid hormones. The thyroid is a small, butterfly-shaped gland that sits at the front of your neck. But consumption of high fatty foods, high in sugar, soft drinks, caffeine, alcohol, can worsen hypothyroidism.

upma / Dalia / Vermicelli (Sewian) / Veg poha / Idli / Stuffed Chapatti / Chapatti with Veg or Dal with Curd and 1 Eggs white portion


Fruit / Buttermilk / Coconut water / Sprouts / Salad


Mix chapatti / Plain chapatti / Veg pulao / Boiled rice / Vegetable with Dal, Curd and Salad


Flaxseed- 1tsp / Herbal tea / Green tea / Roasted Chana / Sprouts / Rice flakes snack
