Diet Care for Diarrhea

Diarrhea is the passage of stools with increased frequency, fluidity or volume as compared to the usual. Diet for diarrhoea is a low fibre content food which helps to fight against diarrhoea or loose motion. A proper diet for diarrhoea is said to have fibre content up to 10 grams a day. Low fibre content foods are tolerated during diarrhoea because it won’t allow the bowel to stimulate and it will be easier to digest.
