Diet Plan for Patients of Kidney Disease

Kidney, very important organ of the body which is very essential and normally eliminates waste products and extra fluid from your blood. But in case of kidney Disease, Acute, Chronic or Progressive kidney failure, some of the waste products and extra fluid remains in your blood. This means that kidneys are not functioning as good as they should to keep the body healthy. The Waste products and fluids come from the foods we eat and liquids we drink.
A well-planned diet is one of the way to control the levels of protein, potassium, sodium, fluid and phosphorus in body, and will help to maintain the normal level of the nutrients in body. This is helpful to slow down certain complications as of high blood pressure, proteinuria, anemia and the progression of kidney failure.
Consume food products rich with anti-oxidants, vitamins, phytochemicals and flavonoids. This diet may also help to slow down the loss of kidney function. The main goal of the diet is to keep you healthy.

Generally all the spices contain approximately more than 40 percent to 50 percent of potassium in them. So, it is recommended to avoid much consumption of spices of any form.
