Diet Schedule For Infertility Poblems

Early Morning

One glass of water with 1 tsp Fenugreek seeds

Breakfast

Dalia / veg upma / Vermicelli (Sewian) / poha / Besan pancake (gram flour) / Oats / Idli / Semolina pancake / Stuffed Chapatti / Chapatti with veg or Dal / Milk / Yogurt + eggs white portion only

Mid-Morning

Fruits / Sprouts/ Smoothies / Coconut water/ Lemon water

Lunch

Plain chapatti / Boiled Rice / Veg / Dal / Curd / Steamed Salad

Evening

Home-made soups / Milk / Roasted Chana / Sprouts / Herbal Tea / Green tea / Smoothie

Dinner

Plain chapatti / Boiled Rice / Veg with Dal or Steamed salad

Things To Remember

  • Flax seed- 1 tsp dialy
  • Soaked Almond- 5 dialy
  • Walk for at least 30-45 min is recommended
  • Water intake should be limited 8-10 glasses per day
  • Whole fruit should be preferred to fruit juices.
  • Skipping meals should be avoided, especially the breakfast.
