The liver is an essential organ within the human body, making it crucial to maintain its health and functionality. Various factors can lead to liver disorders, including excessive alcohol consumption and the intake of unhygienic or unhealthy foods. Symptoms of liver issues may include pallor, abdominal pain, fatigue, and nausea. In a well-functioning body, the liver plays a key role in detoxifying substances and producing bile, which is necessary for digestion. While a certain amount of fat is necessary for liver function, an excessive accumulation of fat results in a condition known as fatty liver. To mitigate the risk of complications and promote recovery in this condition, a diet low in fat and calories, rich in complex carbohydrates, high in fiber, and adequate in protein is recommended.
